Diamond Resorts International (DRI) is a vacation ownership (similar to a destination club or a timeshare), allowing persons to purchase a real estate interest in 71 managed resorts and 137 affiliated resorts in 28 countries. In addition six cruise itineraries are also available through DRI timeshare exchange - THE Club®.^[1] If desired timeshare owner can also use Interval International exchange for additional fee. DRI uses point-based reservation and exchange system. DRI global headquarters is located at 10600 W Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas, Nevada.^[2] It claims to be "one of the largest hospitality companies in the world".^[3] Presently DRI has 418,000 owners and members.
